Booking Conditions

Tariffs:
Quoted price includes accommodation for the property per week.
 
Deposit:
A booking deposit of 20% is required to confirm booking. This can be paid
by cash, cheque or card. A 3% charge is made for credit card payment.
Balance payable 8 weeks prior to the start of holiday.
 
Cancellation/refund policy:
A booking is a legally binding contract. As we cannot guarantee to refund a
cancelled holiday where we are unable to re-let, we recommend you arrange
your own holiday insurance.
 
Short Breaks:
Short breaks are available at certain times of the year, please contact us
for more details.

Our property is no smoking and we do not accept pets.
